Scott has 20 years experience in management consulting spending the majority of his time prior to Exactus at Booz Allen, Diamond Management Consulting and PwC.
The majority of Scott’s experience is focused on operating model improvements, organizational design, sales and marketing strategies and analytics focused on pricing, sales, marketing, and customer service functions. Scott designs operating models and front and mid-office capabilities by leveraging analytics, digital technology and new organizational structures to support corporate goals such as sales growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, risk abatement and compliance. While he has experience across both B2B and B2B, the majority of his industry experience is in industrial manufacturing, process manufacturing, consumer goods and distribution.
To complement Scott’s functional and discipline expertise, he is well versed in executive alignment, stakeholder management, change management, and program execution to help ensure the implementation and adoptions of new designs and solutions. Clients repeatedly call Scott for his expertise because they trust his judgment in working on sensitive matters and helping executives understand and weigh the tradeoffs of complicated decisions.
Scott also is a Franchisee and owns and operates his franchise stores on the gulf coast of Florida, where he resides with his wife and three daughters.
