I deeply enjoy exceeding expectations.  As an example, I took a brand-new companywide cyber security initiative and made it not only relatable, but also useful to the employees of the organization.  Without a solid structure or plan in place on how to deliver the importance of this program, I was able to implement practical and useful practices to the group.  I also went from working hands on in manufacturing to playing a key role in the accounting department within the same company in just a few years span.
