Mark served a distinguished 33-year career in the U.S. Army, including 16 years with the Special Operations Command. He assessed, selected, trained and led the most elite special operations organization in the world, solving our nation’s most complex and dangerous problems. After retiring as a major general, he is continuing his lifelong work of helping people and organizations develop and improve through leadership lessons applicable to today’s business environment.
