Fred Wintrich

About

Fred connects people to people and helps both individuals and organizations get better. After serving more than 24 years in the U.S. Army in light, airborne, Ranger and heavy infantry formations, he has developed a reputation for building exceptional teams and building interpersonal relationships that span the globe. Twenty-seven months of service in ground combat operations in Iraq gave Fred enduring lessons on how to build and lead teams in the most demanding environments. 

Fred’s passion is to help organizations examine themselves and develop credible and coherent plans to make the organization better. More than five years observing and coaching Army units from platoon to Theater Army level give him a unique perspective on how to help an organization reflect and then chart a part to better performance. 

Fred and his wife are the proud parents of five wonderful children. In his free time, Fred coaches youth soccer and plays mediocre golf.
