David has 25 years of consulting, change management, operational, and executive experience in companies ranging from successful enterprise software startups like Phase Forward Incorporated and Veeva Systems to well-known multinationals like The Dow Chemical Company and Oracle Corporation. He has been through two IPOs, sat on both sides of due diligence, acquisition, and operational integration, and led several large, global projects and teams through disruptive periods of organizational growth and change.
David has led organizational change management, business process optimization, organizational redesign, and technology deployment and adoption efforts for countless enterprise software programs. David helps organizations to achieve meaningful transformation of core business processes and key stakeholder experiences, through process and workflow redesign, role and responsibility redesign, communication and adoption planning, operational success planning, and the myriad, critically important aspects of the human side of technology adoption and change management.
David lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family at home, coaching his daughter’s soccer team, or out among Cleveland’s myriad attractions. He also is an active board member, volunteer, and fundraiser for several nonprofit organizations, including chairing strategic planning and implementation efforts, and leading staff and volunteer development initiatives.
