Dan Toth is an experienced business professional specializing in making business change happen. Dan has spent much of his consulting career helping clients bring to fruition business and efficiency objectives by implementing new technologies and integrating platforms and applications while not losing sight of the people in the business and affected by the change.
Now, as the owner of a service business, Dan knows that business change must happen to remain competitive and relevant to customers. Especially today in the context of the workforce marketplace, Dan is also fully aware of the importance of maintaining healthy relationships with the people working in the business no matter if they are delivering the product or service or supporting those employees in direct contact with customers.
Dan brings a well-balanced business perspective, understanding of the relationships among people, process, and technology, a focus on delivering change, and making reasonable trade-offs throughout the change process.
The most rewarding compliment and highlight of my consulting career have been the times when clients recognize how quickly and well we learn and understand their business, industry, and operations and how valuable and important our contributions were in delivering the business objectives and value.
