Chris has over 36 years in manufacturing, sales, and operational excellence, where he has held executive level positions.
He recently retired from USG Corporation where he held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Excellence. Part of his responsibilities included the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing throughout the Corporation. The program has generated over $280 million in hard savings and won the 2017 AQI Deployment of the Year Award.
Prior to that he was the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing accountable for over 50 manufacturing plants throughout North America. In addition, he was Business Leader for the Wallboard and Surfaces businesses having P&L responsibility.
As Vice President of Sales, he was instrumental in driving sales margin improvement and enhancing the customer experience.

Chris and his wife have recently relocated from Illinois back “home” to Florida. He has two married children and two grandchildren (twins). He enjoys all sports, running, ministry work, and most of all family.
