He is an inspirational leader with recognized expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, leader development, simplifying complexity, and relationship building.
Bill leads with vision and clear intent, focused on organizational improvement. He is a superb communicator and leader who honed his skills throughout 33 years of service in the US Army, where he trained and led multiple large, complex, organizations in the most demanding and highest risk operations around the world with multiple operational deployments in Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Bill has a breadth of experience from the tactical to strategic level. Having held major leadership positions within the US Army in Joint Operational assignments and within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, he is comfortable at all levels. He understands the tremendous value of good leadership, organized for a common purpose to achieve success. Bill believes that if you treat people with dignity and respect, give them purpose and invest in them, they will amaze you with what they can accomplish.
